The construction industry has a significant impact on the economy and society but faces challenges of productivity and efficiency. The application of Lean Design Management, Agile, and Building Information Modelling (BIM) methodologies provides an opportunity to enhance construction management and ensure high-quality end products. However, there is a lack of research on the integration of these methodologies into the architectural design process. This research aims to develop an integrated methodology for applying Lean Design Management, Agile methods, and BIM within the architectural design, in order to achieve benefits such as cost reduction, quality improvement, and increase customer satisfaction. Drawing upon the Design Science Research (DSR) approach, the research seeks to develop practical solutions for this integration and address real problems in the architectural design process.
